SHIPPING POLICY

Packing and shipping can be organised throughout NZ and Overseas. Flat shipping for standard sized items are  -  $15 North Island, $25 South Island, (rural delivery +$5.00, oversized items to be quoted, prior to shipping). 

Please contact us through the website. Utmost care will be taken with packing to ensure your item gets to you intact and in a timely fashion.

Please be aware the most of our items are not new; “Brocante “ means ‘ second hand’. We buy our items in the best condition we can but there will be the patina of age, signs of use and flaws commensurate with age. We think these imperfections add to the charm and uniqueness of our stock.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will honour our obligations under the consumers act to provide a solution.
